Everything you need to know before booking with EasyClean Co.
1️⃣ How do I book a cleaning?
Tell us about your cleaning needs by filling out our Request Cleaning form. We’ll review your details and send a confirmation email with your total, service details, and a secure Stripe payment link. When you pay via Stripe, your appointment is confirmed, and you agree to our Customer Service Agreement.
2️⃣ How soon can someone come clean my home?
Same-week and next-day bookings are often available depending on cleaner availability. After your booking is submitted, we’ll confirm your cleaner and arrival window.
3️⃣ How much does a cleaning cost?
The total depends on your home size, service type, and any add-on services you select. After submitting your booking form, we’ll review your request and email you a secure Stripe payment link with your total. Once you pay, your appointment is confirmed and Stripe will automatically send you a receipt.
4️⃣ What payment options do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via credit/debit using Stripe. Your card is charged at the time of booking.
5️⃣ Are your cleaners insured?
EasyClean Co is fully insured. Our cleaners are independent contractors and carry their own insurance.
6️⃣ What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may not be refunded, and payments for completed services are non-refundable.
7️⃣ What should I do before the cleaner arrives?
Just make sure the property is accessible and special instructions are noted when booking. Provide any gate codes, pet instructions, or areas of focus in the booking form.
8️⃣ Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t have to be home. Just let us know how to access the home in the booking form or follow-up email.
9️⃣ What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction matters. If something wasn’t done right, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll work with you and the cleaner to make it right as part of our quality commitment.

All of our cleaners are carefully screened for reliability, experience, and quality. We ensure that every professional we send to your home meets our high standards, so you can trust your space is in good hands.
